Quotes & invoices
Documents for your purchase.
1. Written quotation
We review your request and confirm the exact model, condition, quantity, currency, goods price, freight, shipment protection, expiry and dispatch estimate. A quote does not reserve stock and is not a request for payment.
2. Pro-forma invoice
After you accept the quote, we issue a numbered pro-forma invoice with the agreed total and verified payment instructions. Merchandise subtotals up to USD 2,000 may use PayPal; larger merchandise subtotals use company bank transfer. Provide your company legal name, tax or registration ID, billing address and purchase order reference before we issue it. The seller and payment beneficiary must match.
Company PayPal Invoice
The PayPal invoice must match the accepted quote: seller, buyer, reference, currency, goods, shipping address and final total. We send it only after manual review. If you choose bank transfer, do not also pay the PayPal invoice; contact us to confirm one payment route.
3. Payment confirmation & shipment
We verify payment in the bank or payment provider, not from a screenshot or a return page. For dispatch we provide a commercial invoice and tracking details. A pro-forma invoice is not a receipt or a Taiwan uniform tax invoice. Required tax and customs documents are checked for the actual transaction.
Need a correction? Reply to our quote email with its reference. Do not pay until the corrected invoice matches the agreed seller, goods, currency, total and delivery details.
