Delivery responsibilities
Shipping & duties
We quote a tracked shipment from Taiwan under DAP (Incoterms® 2020). The named business buyer is the importer of record and pays destination duties, VAT/GST, brokerage and other import charges.
Export and delivery
We source after cleared funds, inspect the product box, prepare export documents, arrange the courier and send the tracking number.
Import and destination charges
The buyer clears import, pays duties/taxes/brokerage and provides any importer registration required by the destination.

What DAP means here
Is shipping included in the public price?
No. The quote price excludes shipping and insurance. Freight is added after we know the quantity, package and destination postal code.
Who pays import taxes?
The buyer. We do not promise a duty-free or tax-free arrival. Destination customs determines the final assessment.
What if the shipment is refused?
If the buyer refuses delivery or does not pay import charges, the carrier may return the shipment to Taiwan. Return freight, unpaid taxes and carrier charges are the buyer's responsibility and may be deducted from a refund.
What about the United States?
US orders are fulfilled only from non-China-origin box stock. We photograph the box label before dispatch. Buyer import entry and any destination charges remain the buyer's responsibility.

Carrier
Tracked express delivery
Trial orders are intended for a tracked express carrier. The final service, insurance and any remote-area surcharge are confirmed in the quote. Actual package weight and postal code matter.
HS code
Research reference: HS 8473.30. The buyer's customs broker and destination authority determine the final classification and import treatment.
