We check supply and your destination, then confirm the unit price, currency, freight, insurance, bank charges, quote expiry and dispatch window. Import duties, VAT/GST and destination brokerage are separate and payable by you under DAP.
Pay the pro-forma invoice
Pay by bank transfer only to the company account stated on the invoice, using the invoice reference. We do not publish account details here. Do not transfer money until you have reviewed and accepted the written quote and sales terms.
Cleared funds, then fulfilment
After we confirm funds in our account, we arrange sourcing, inspection and tracked shipment within the agreed schedule. A transfer screenshot is not confirmation of cleared funds.
