Buyer questions
Clear answers before you request a quote.
This is a business-only, quote-led export workflow. Availability, pricing, freight and dispatch timing are confirmed in your written quote.
Who can buy?
Only a company, studio or other business buyer. The RFQ requires legal company name, tax or VAT identifier, billing address, delivery address and importer confirmation.
How does payment work?
There is no automatic card checkout at launch. We review the RFQ, issue a pro-forma invoice and confirm the approved payment route. Bank transfer to the company account on the pro-forma invoice is the only payment method.
Who pays destination duties and taxes?
Prices exclude destination duties, VAT/GST and customs brokerage unless a written quote states otherwise. The default term is DAP (Incoterms 2020); the buyer is the importer of record.
Where can you ship?
Only countries in the current country matrix are eligible for RFQ or manual review. Unlisted countries are blocked. A destination can still be declined after company, sanctions, supply, origin or importer review.
What about the United States?
US shipments require the actual retail box to satisfy the current origin gate. Do not assume a US shipment is duty-free; final classification, origin and any additional measures must be confirmed for the actual shipment.
Is the manufacturer warranty unconditional?
No. Any Crucial/Micron warranty claim depends on authenticity, purchase channel, proof of purchase, the manufacturer's current terms and regional RMA handling. We do not promise an unconditional global warranty.
How do I start?
Submit the enquiry form and complete the anti-spam check. A submitted enquiry is not an accepted order. You can also email us directly. We confirm stock, quote validity, freight, origin and payment details before requesting payment. We ship after funds clear.
