Returns & warranty
The product is supplied to businesses with a possible Crucial/Micron limited memory warranty, subject to the manufacturer's current terms. Returns and warranty requests require an order reference and manual review.
RMA before shipping back
Request an RMA within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unopened and in original packaging. Return freight and re-import costs are paid by the buyer.
Any applicable restocking charge must be disclosed and agreed before payment; no fee amount is set here.
Crucial policy applies
Warranty eligibility may depend on genuine product, original packaging, authorised-channel purchase, original-purchaser status and regional RMA rules. If replacement stock is not available, the manufacturer may provide a refund or another remedy under its policy.
